Ampersand Printing has launched phase 1 of it's Customer Integrated Workflow (CIW) extending the capability of it's award winning JDF digital workflow to customers desktops.

"Our Customer Integrated Workflow is designed to greatly reduce the amount of effort and resources spent by our customers managing their Graphic Communication's needs" says Damian McDonald, VP of Ampersand Printing.

Phase 1 enables customers to view and administer current and past orders, upload files, manage real time inventories residing in Ampersand's fulfillment center, order Print on Demand projects and manage their account information.
